Mrs. Dilley enjoys spending time with her husband, Gavin. In her spare time, she enjoys watching baseball, GO BRAVES, spending time with family, working in the yard, reading mystery novels, cooking, and baking.

Marcus Lambert, Assistant Principal
About
Mr. Lambert will begin his fourth year as Assistant Principal of DFES for the 25-26 school year. Prior to serving as DFES Assistant Principal, Mr. Lambert taught 1st grade at L.W. Condor Elementary School and 3rd grade at Catawba Trail Elementary School, both in Richland Two School District. He also spent a year working at Batesburg-Leesville Primary School as Administrative Assistant Principal.
Interests
Mr. Lambert enjoys all things sports, specifically basketball and football. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Stephanie, who is a 2nd grade teacher, and his kids, Ayden, Landon, and Jackson. He also enjoys DIY projects and being outside. Mr. Lambert is committed to ensuring that all students are equipped with the skills necessary to succeed.

I'esha Odom, Administrative Assistant Principal
About
Ms. Odon is entering her fourth year as an Administrator at DFES for the 25-26 school year. Prior to serving as an Assistant Principal, Ms. Odom spent eight years teaching Mathematics at Irmo Middle School. Ms. Odom has always served in leadership positions, as she enjoys serving others and seeing students outside the classroom environment. Ms. Odom has coached volleyball at Irmo High School and Irmo Middle School for over six years.
Interests
When Ms. Odom is not at school, you can find her cheering her daughter, Katelyn, as she cheers at IMS and participates in dance at The Southern Strut. She is a very involved cheer and dance mom, but enjoys the ability to be able to see so many Fox Cubs participating in these same activities as she supports her daughter. Ms. Odom also loves to craft and plan events; and enjoys taking the vision and thoughts of others to create a masterpiece for their parties and events.
